Penny Ferguson Limited provides personal leadership development that not only leads to outstanding personal success but amazing improvements in performance at work.
When the company was founded, the objective was to bring about positive, real and sustainable change in people's lives and in the way their organisations function. Our desire to make this happen led to the creation of the Personal Leadership Programme.
For over ten years we have been working with leaders of the UK's top companies. We have found that there is increasing pressure for leaders to make their organisations engaging and attractive places to work. Often this is at odds with a prevailing culture which has assumed people can be driven to perform at their best. The combination of being inclusive and driving high performance presents business leaders with some tough dilemmas.
Our Personal Leadership Programme has now been experienced by over 15,000 people and the feedback has been and continues to be extraordinary. These people have made sustainable changes within their organisations.
