Enabling leaders to raise the bar on performance is seldom achieved without a shift in the way they think and in perception. As such, improving thinking capability is essential to responding effectively to change and maintaining competitiveness.
This workshop provides the knowledge and skills for a leader to help themselves and others to produce flexible, creative thinking strategies enabling the finest solutions. The Leadership Thinking workshop is a three day programme (a two day workshop followed by a follow-up day 2 weeks later).
