Sherilyn Shackell
Sherilyn Shackell is a leading figure in global executive recruitment. She is the owner of Highfield Human Solutions, an executive search and talent management company that helps blue chip clients to identify, attract, retain and develop the most talented individuals across the consumer, telecommunications and technology service sectors.
Highfield is the UK partner of IMD International Search and Consulting, an organisation with offices in over 23 countries and now the 14th largest search firm in the world. In June 2003 Highfield formed an alliance with Penny Ferguson Ltd (PFL).
Sherilyn is a board director of PFL, responsible for strategic development and commercial initiatives. She is also a major stakeholder and chairman of Adfocus Recruitment.
