Steve Back
Steve is a senior executive with deep commercial and business leadership expertise. He is the former CEO of Somerfield plc and was Group Finance and Logistics Director of Budgens plc. In both businesses Steve was instrumental in using the PLP to inspire real change and higher business performance. Steve is on the board of PFL as Non Executive Director. He advises on all finance and commercial aspects of the company.
