I LOVE this article as it is written by one of the scholars from our leadership programme that we ran in Sydney earlier this year. It is the most perfect example of taking responsibility and, according to Elizabeth, would not have been handled this way if it were not for having attended the programme. I cannot praise you enough for taking the learning and then translating it into a really successful outcome and behaving like a ‘living leader’. An inspirational example.
